Architecture and fun

If we ever have to work boring jobs to be able to get by, let´s at least have a way of doing
what we really want: make beautiful things (or at least things that we think are worth making. ...)
Aliasdestudio is based on that idea.
It is a place for being productive in a creative way; projects that are professional, but if not,
we will do it anyway.

Arthur van Deelen:

Arthur studied architecture at the TU Delft, where he graduated in 2006 with a design and
investigation in maximum density housing (published in "De architect" of november 2006).
He gained professional and international experience from 2007 to 2012, working for 
Paco Sola Arquitecto in Murcia (Spain).
Apart from architecture, Arthur is interested in making music, martial arts, philosophy, 
cooking and skateboarding.

Fernanda Sola:

Fernanda studied law in her hometown of Murcia (Spain) before working for 10 years as 
assistent director of Paco Sola Arquitecto.
However, her creative impulses led her to pursue a study at the Murcia School of arts, 
where she graduated with honorable mentions in 2010 with a sculpture/stop motion project
based on El Lissitzky´s story of 2 cubes.
Apart from design and sculpture, Fernanda is interested in animation, illustration, education, tea,
arts and crafts.
